ARTICLE VI <br />6.0 EDUCATIONAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM <br />6.1 Effective July 1, 2019, all eligible members of PMA currently receiving Educational <br />Incentives listed in Section 6.IA—I (as described below) as of July 1, 2019 will be <br />"grandfathered in" to continue to receive those incentives. In no event shall the <br />application of this Educational Incentive program described in Section 6.1 result in <br />an employee being eligible to earn more than ten percent (10%) above his or her then <br />current base monthly salary step. <br />A. FBI National Academy. Any employee covered by this MOU who successfully <br />completes the FBI National Academy shall be paid at a rate set ten (10) salary rate <br />ranges (approximately 51/o) above his or her then current base monthly salary step. <br />B. California Command College. Any employee covered by this MOU who <br />successfully completes the California Command Collegeshall bepaid at a rate set ten <br />(10) salary rate ranges (approximately 5%) above his or her then current base <br />monthly salary step. <br />C. LAPD Leadershiu Program. Any employee covered by this MOU who successfully <br />completes the LAPD Leadership Program shall be paid at a rate set five (5) salary <br />rate ranges (approximately 2.5%) above his or her then current base monthly salary <br />step. <br />D. Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) Senior Management Institute for Police. <br />Any employee covered by this MOU who successfully completes the Senior <br />Management Institute for Police shall be paid at a rate set five (5) salary rate ranges <br />(approximately 2.5%) above his or her then current base monthly salary step. <br />E. FBI National Academy (LEEDS Program). Any employee covered by this MOU <br />who successfully completes the FBI LEEDS Program shall be paid at a rate set five <br />(5) salary rate ranges (approximately 2.5%) above his or her then current base <br />monthly salary step. <br />F. International Association of Chiefs of Police. Any employee covered by this MOU <br />who successfully completes the Leadership in Police Organizations Program shall be <br />paid at a rate set five (5) salary rate ranges (approximately 2.5%) above his or her <br />then current base monthly salary step. <br />G. Homeland Security Executive Leaders Program. Any employee covered by this <br />MOU who successfully completes the Homeland Security Executive Leaders <br />Program shall be paid at a rate set five (5) salary rate ranges (approximately 2.5%) <br />14 <br />55A-24 <br />
