FIRST POINT PARKING MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />SECTION 2 - SHUTTLE PLAN <br />Beginning at certificates of occupancy and throughout the life of the project, the First Point <br />development will include an owner -funded shuttle service, as adjusted from time to time as <br />approved by the City of Santa Ana, available to project residents for access to the Santa Ana <br />Regional Transit Center (SARTC). Through the transit center, our residents will have easy and <br />frequent access to a wide array of transportation options including Orange County Transit <br />Authority, Metrolink and Amtrak, ensuring that our project is a fully -accredited Transit -Oriented <br />Development. The Shuttle will also allow our residents to access additional parking lots which <br />will contain spaces available for lease. <br />If demand for the shuttle plan increases beyond the capacity, we will agree to purchase an <br />additional shuttle to allow us to maintain this level of service. <br />Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; operates daily, year- <br />round, except for any days that the SARTC is closed <br />Frequency: Every 15 minutes Shuttle Capacity: 20 Passengers <br />Cost: Free for all First Point residents, project employees, and employees of <br />commercial tenants <br />Shuttle Route: <br />Page 7 of 16 <br />60A-105 <br />
