(NMA) and our partner, GoSection8.com (Go8), I am <br />pleased to provide you with our proposal to provide Rent Reasonableness Software. <br />Our software streamlines the rent reasonable process; automatically integrating comparable data <br />and generating HUD compliant rent reasonable reports. Go8 will save your staff valuable time, <br />eliminating the need for mining data or contracting with an outside vendor to purchase <br />comparables. The entire process of completing a rent reasonable report including selecting <br />comparables, takes about one minute per report, saving staff several minutes each time a report is <br />run. <br />The Go8 system provides an automated, turn -key web -based solution that addresses three key <br />requirements for the administration of your HCV program: <br />Rent Reasonableness Determination, Certifications, and Quality Control <br />Courtesy HCV Landlord Property Listing Maintenance and Portal <br />Creation and maintenance of a rent reasonableness database <br />The Internet based solution described in this proposal is fully compliant with the provisions of <br />24 CFR 982.507 <br />24 CFR 985.3(b) as it pertains to SEMAP <br />Notice PIH 2O03-12 <br />HCV Program Guidebook, Chapter 9 Rent Reasonableness <br />The Santa Ana Housing Authority (SAHA) can hold full confidence that the Go8 system being <br />proposed will meet all of its needs, as the system is being utilized by hundreds of public housing <br />authorities (PHAs) across the country.
