Over that period of time, we have implemented projects with PHAs that include the New <br />York City Housing Authority, Santa Clara Housing Authority, Oakland Housing Authority, San <br />Antonio Housing Authority, and the Baltimore Housing Authority. Our combined team helps PHAs <br />manage their rent reasonableness process, while also assisting in their deconcentration efforts. <br />The following personnel will be involved in the Rent Reasonableness project with your agency: <br />Kaynisha Dawson, Regional Account Manager, NMA <br />Richard Cupelh, Owner and President, Go8 <br />Frank Gualtieri, Owner and Vice President, Go8 <br />Dominic Muttillo, Director, National Accounts, Go8 <br />Daniel Barbalace, Chief Software Architect, Go8 <br />Until the contract is awarded, Kaynisha Dawson, NMA Regional Account Manager, will act as <br />SAHA's primary contact and will be able to answer any questions or provide clarification. Jim can be <br />contacted at 1-800-783-3100, ext. 154, or kdawson(ti-)naizzzicka y.com. Jim can also handle any <br />ongoing, customer service issues, including invoicing and accounting. <br />Upon contract award, NMA will hand operational responsibilities to Go8.
