EXHIBIT 1 <br />non:i <br />Nary McKay <br />ND <br />2.2 Capacity <br />Since 1980, NMA has been a leader in providing professional services including consulting, training, <br />direct program management, and performance improvement tools to PHAs throughout the nation. <br />With over 500 team members, we are committed to performance excellence and recognize that <br />overall agency performance is directly linked to the performance of individual staff. <br />NMA is recognized as an industry leader in helping PHAs understand HUD, state, and local <br />regulations. We have in-house researchers that ensure that our trainers and consultants are aware of <br />HUD changes and pending legislation. Our master books and handbooks are among the most <br />widely used in the industry. In addition to training PHAs across the nation, NMA also regularly <br />trains HUD personnel in seminars that help their own staff understand HUD regulations and how <br />these impact PHAs. <br />The Gob team is comprised of experts in several fields, including Real Estate Appraisers, Real Estate <br />Brokerage, Mortgage Brokers, and Technology. Gob has extensive experience serving the affordable <br />housing industry, offering their rent reasonableness system in more than 300 PHAs, ranging in size <br />from very small, to the largest in the nation. <br />Gob is an industry leader in rent reasonable determination and comparable rental data. Golds rent <br />reasonable software has been used extensively by PHAs of all sizes nationwide since 2004. To date, <br />the software has performed more than one million rent reasonable certifications. Gob also has <br />the industry's largest database of market rental comparables. This database contains several million <br />records and is updated daily. The software is web based, easy to use and can support multiple users. <br />Gob is a full -service solution that delivers many benefits including: <br />■ Rent Reasonable Software — Go8's rent reasonable software, RentWatch5, is a fast and <br />accurate way for PHAs to complete rent reasonable certifications. Using mathematical <br />modeling combined with a frequently updated database, we are able to caiculate a property's <br />value at a specific point in time by analyzing values of comparable properties. Our rent <br />reasonableness platform analyzes public record data, manually gathered data, market data <br />and uses computer decision logic to calculate an estimate of a probable rental price of a <br />residential property based on a requested date. <br />• Comparable Data -- Go8 incorporates ongoing real-time data mining of open market rental <br />data from hundreds of rental listing websites and newspapers.
