EXHIBIT 1 <br />nmzi <br />Nan McKay <br />4.4 PC Requirements <br />Because Go8 is a web -based system, it does not require any specific operating systems to run. <br />However, the user will need the following available on their individual computers: <br />Broadband Internet access -a browser will work} <br />Adobe@O Flash - free download at www.adobe.com <br />4.5 System Setup <br />Go8 will send a set-up document and request for utility allowances and payment standards. Go8 will <br />update the system with any new payment standards and utility allowances within 2-3 business days <br />of receipt. Our system has the capacity to retain multiple utility allowances. <br />After the set --up information is received, we will schedule a training webinar to last approximately <br />one hour with staff and your account will be activated. <br />4.6 System Training <br />Go$ will provide appropriate training, documentation and unlimited user accounts for all designated <br />employees. Go8 will conduct online webinars outlining the various functions of the service, <br />including the rent reasonable software. <br />Online and telephone technical support is available 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Eastern Time.
