BEST BEST & KRIEGER <br />ATTORNEYS AT LAW <br />In addition to minor text adjustment and realignment to help clarify the <br />Regulation, the substantive amendments to Regulation 18944.1 found in subsections <br />(e) and (f) now requires each agency to post its ticket distribution policy on its website <br />along with any amendments within 30 days of adoption or amendment and send a link <br />to the website displaying the policy to the FPPC so it may also post the link.
