Forthe <br />purpose of lot cleanup and capping of the sewer lateral, the <br />value of the bond is to be established by the Building Official <br />but in no case shall the bond be less than $1,000 per <br />building. A single family dwelling and garage shall be <br />considered as one building for bonding purposes. <br />48 <br />
