RESOLUTION 2019 - 038 <br />REVENUE <br />FY 19-20 <br />ACCOUNT <br />DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT <br />FEES <br />SECTION IX <br />PLANNING& BUILDING AGENCY <br />51602 <br />32) Re -inspection fee assessed underapplicable provisions Per Hour <br />100.57 <br />of the Building Code <br />51602 <br />33) Inspections for which no fee is specifically indicated Per Hour <br />100.57 <br />(minimum charge - one (1) hour) <br />51602 <br />34) Additional plan review required by changes, additions or Per Hour <br />100.57 <br />revisions to approved plans (minimum charge-one(1) hour) <br />PLUMBING PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever plumbing plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65%of the plumbing <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />GRADING PERMITS <br />51606 <br />Any person desiring a grading permit required by the Building Each Permit <br />48.08 <br />Code, shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of $46.27. <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />51606 <br />1) Grading Permit: Minimum Per Hour <br />100.57 <br />a. One and Two S.F.D. 1 Hour <br />L. Multiple Residential including, Residential tracts, 2 Hours <br />Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Motels, and <br />Similar Construction <br />c. Non -Residential Site Less Than 2 Acres 3 Hours <br />d. Non -Residential Site 2 Acres and More 5 Hours <br />e. Preliminary Grading Permit, Underground Tank 1 Hour <br />Removal and Excavation for Soil Contamination <br />f. Existing Parking Lot Resurfacing and Repainting 1 Hour <br />51606 <br />2) In addition to the above noted permit fees, Minimum Sq.
