(formerly ALDRIDGE GROUP) Eri c Baumbactchri s Gannon <br />d THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on June 18, <br />LOnr,k%2019, by and between Aldridge Electric, Inc. ("Tenant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2019-029, dated February 19, 2019 ("Lease <br />Agreement"), by which City leased to Tenant certain office space at the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center for Tenant's business operations ("Premises"). <br />B. The Lease Agreement remains in effect through February 19, 2021, and is subject to extension <br />for up to twelve months on a month -to -month basis. <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Lease Agreement to expand the square footage of the <br />Premises being leased by Tenant under the Lease Agreement and to provide for Tenant's <br />correct entity name. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 2, Premises, is amended to include in the Premises being leased by Tenant an <br />additional 580 square feet so that the total square feet subject to the Lease Agreement is 2,621 <br />square feet, as depicted on Exhibit A. <br />2. Section 6, Rent, is amended such that, effective July 1, 2019, the Rent payable under the <br />Lease Agreement shall be the monthly sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty -Two Dollars <br />($5,242), with any partial month prorated at $172 per day. <br />3. All references to "Aldridge Group" in the Lease Agreement shall be changed to "Aldridge <br />Electric, Inc.", and the term "Tenant" shall be taken to mean "Aldridge Electric, Inc " <br />4.
