RECITALS: WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR entered into Contract Number 16-28- 0039-RWS (hereinafter referred to as "Original Contract'), for the provision of Professional Services activities commencing July 1, 2016 and terminating June 30, 2018 in the amount of $500,000.00 and WHEREAS, on April 17, 2018, the PARTIES authorized the execution of the First Amendment to the original CONTRACT and replaced Attachment A "General Program Requirements" with Attachment A-1 and replaced Attachment C "Budget", with Attachment C-1; the net change to the CONTRACT is $0; and County of Orange Page 1 of 3 City of Santa Ana OC Community Resources AMENDMENT., W10A Programs Contract #16-28-0039-RWS
