9. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES, REGULATIONS AND LAWS (N) <br />5 1 COUNTY shall, and shall cause its tenants and their respective agents, employees, invitees and permittees, to <br />comply with all laws, rules, regulations and requirements applicable to the License Area. <br />7 10. AUTHORITY (N) <br />9 Each person signing this License represents and warrants that he or she has all requisite authorization and <br />authority to execute this License on behalf of the Party for whom such person is signing. <br />11 <br />11, CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT REQUIREMENTS (6.12 S) <br />13 <br />In order to comply with child support requirements of the County of Orange, LICENSOR hereby furnishes <br />15 COUNTY's standard form, Child Support Enforcement Certification Requirements. COUNTY <br />acknowledges receipt of the aforementioned form, which contains the following information: <br />17 <br />a) In the case where LICENSOR is doing business as an individual, LICENSOR's name, date of birth, <br />19 first four digits of Social Security number, and residence address; <br />21 b) In the case where LICENSOR is doing business in a form other than as an individual, the name, date <br />of birth, first four digits of Social Security number, and residence address of each individual who <br />23 owns an interest of ten (10) percent or more in the contracting entity; <br />25 c) A certification that the LICENSOR has fully complied with all applicable federal and state reporting <br />requirements regarding its employees; and <br />27 <br />d) A certification that the LICENSOR has fully complied with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings <br />29 Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment and will continue to so comply. , <br />31 Failure of LICENSOR to continuously comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child <br />support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and <br />33 Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this License. Failure to cure such breach within <br />sixty (60) calendar days of notice from COUNTY shall constitute grounds for termination of this License. <br />35 It is expressly understood that this data will be transmitted to governmental agencies charged with the <br />establishment and enforcement of child support orders and will not be used for any other purpose. <br />37 <br />12. NOTICES (AMLC-14.1 N) <br />39 <br />All notices pursuant to this License shall be addressed as set forth below or as either Party may hereafter <br />41 designate by written notice and shall be sent through the United States mail in the State of California, duly <br />registered or certified, with postage prepaid. If any notice is sent by registered or certified mail, as aforesaid, <br />43 the same shall be deemed to have been served or delivered twenty-four (24) hours after mailing thereof as <br />above provided.
