Sarmiento <br />Vice Chair Michele Martinez <br />Staff Present: Julie Castro -Cardenas; Robert Cortez; Yesenia Cruz; Raul Godinez; <br />Maria Huizar; Also present were Ryder Smith of Trippepi Smith; Casey <br />Elliott, and Corrie Williams from Townsend Public Affairs; Dan <br />Maldonado and Leslie Pollner from Holland & Knight and Tony <br />Cardenas with the League of California Cities. <br />Public Comments <br />• No Comments from the Public <br />SPECIAL PRESENATION <br />• Chief of Staff Laurie Saroff attended on behalf of Congressman Correa to offer their <br />support and assistance to address the homelessness crisis. <br />• Chair Sarmiento thanked Chief Saroff and Claudio Gallegos for taking the time to join <br />the committee and for their support.
