shall be in writing but need not be supported by consideration. No single waiver shall constitute <br />a continuing or subsequent waiver. Waiver by either party of any breach or default of any clause <br />of this Agreement by the other party will not operate as a waiver of any previous or future default <br />or breach of the same or different clause of this Agreement <br />29. Entire Agreement <br />This writing contains the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject <br />matter hereof, and the parties have made no agreements, representations, or warranties either <br />written or oral relating to the subject matter hereof which are not set forth herein. Except as <br />provided herein, this Agreement may not be modified or altered without formal amendment <br />thereto. <br />30. Dispute Resolution <br />In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating <br />to this Agreement or a breach thereof, the parties hereto will use reasonable efforts to settle the <br />dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. The parties will consult and negotiate with each other <br />in good faith and in recognition of their mutual interests, and make an attempt to strive for an <br />equitable solution which will satisfy both parties. <br />31. Service Marks and Trademarks <br />Neither party will use any service marks, registered trademarks, logos or other <br />marks of the other party without the express written approval of the other party. <br />32.
