Questions received <br />Question: "Are turf renovations part of the scope?" <br />Answer: Per page 14 of the RFP, the contractor shall perform turf renovation. <br />Question: "Is aeration part of the scope?" <br />Answer: Per page 14 of the RFP, the contractor shall perform turf aeration. <br />Question: "What is the process for moving people in order to mow?" <br />Answer: The contractor is responsible for moving people from turf to perform mowing. If <br />people are unwilling to move, please contact the project manager. <br />Question: "When is mowing currently occurring?" <br />Answer: Mowing is currently done on Tuesdays. <br />Question: "Is the contractor responsible for event trash?' <br />Answer: The contractor is responsible for event trash during and after the events. <br />Question: "Is the contractor responsible for stadium clean up after an event?' <br />Answer: The contractor is responsible for event trash during and after the events. <br />Question: "What is the current contract amount?" <br />Answer: The current contract is for $222,252, but the recommendation is for the proposer to <br />submit a proposal based on an evaluation of this RFP. <br />Question: "How many staff are currently used?" <br />Answer: The city does not monitor the number of staff on the job.
