Approve an Appropriation Adjustment transferring $183,279 from General Fund Non - <br />Departmental into the appropriate General Fund Accounting Units noted in (Exhibit 1). <br />2. Approve an amendment to the Resolution No. 2015-026 to effect certain changes to the <br />City's Basic Classification and Compensation Plan (Exhibit 2). <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOU) with the Confidential Association of Santa Ana (CASA) for the <br />period of January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, regarding wages and other terms and <br />conditions of employment (Exhibit 3). <br />DISCUSSION <br />The City and the Confidential Association of Santa Ana (CASA) recently completed contract <br />negotiations, resulting in a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The provisions of the <br />agreement include: <br />1. Term: Effective January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022. <br />55C-1 <br />
