ARTICLE IX <br />9.0 HOLIDAYS <br />9.1 Legal holidays observed by full-time and designated PTCS permanent and <br />probationary employees of the City of Santa Ana are as follows: <br />o January I - New Year's Day. <br />o Third (3rd) Monday in January - In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s <br />Birthday. <br />o Third (3rd) Monday in February - In commemoration of President's Day. <br />o March 31 st - In observance of Cesar Chavez Day.
