without charge if the related police report is provided to the office. Any lost or stolen permit will be <br />recorded as invalid. <br />d. The following will be required for the issuance of a parking permit: <br />i. Current vehicle registration in the name of a tenant/occupant of the lease <br />ii. Proof of active insurance <br />2. Display of Permits <br />a. Parking permits shall be affixed to the vehicle's rear window on the lower corner of the driver's <br />side so that the permit is clearly visible from outside the vehicle. Vehicles with heavily -tinted rear <br />windows shall affix the permit to the vehicle's front windshield on the lower passenger side corner. <br />J. Temporary parking permits should be hung from the rear-view mirror. <br />c. Rental vehicles or new vehicles replacing an existing vehicle are required to have a parking permit <br />or temporary parking permit if parked on site for more than 24 hrs. <br />d. Misuse, fraudulent possession, or unauthorized reproduction of Alexander Station parking permits <br />is prohibited and may result in the immediate loss of parking privileges. <br />3. Numberof Permits <br />a. No more than two permits will be issued to any unit. Permits will identify both cars as eligible to <br />park in the unit's single onsite parking space and an offsite parking agreement will be required for <br />the second vehicle. Households with more than two vehicles are not eligible to rent at First Point I <br />or 11. <br />Towing Procedures <br />Vehicles may be towed any time at vehicle owner's expense if they are parked in a red zone, handicapped space <br />(without valid placard or plate), fire lane, non -parking area, space assigned to other Tenant(s), or if they are <br />blocking traffic flow on the premises. Vehicles parked in violation of the above terms or in violation of posted <br />signage will also be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Landlord assumes no liability for condition of vehicle in <br />the event it is towed. <br />Off -site Parking <br />Tenants of First Point I or II are prohibited from parking at nearby private property or city property unless <br />permitted by such owner/city. If your vehicle is parked without authorization in these areas and reported to <br />Management (and verified by Management), a Lease Violation will be issued. Repeated lease violations without <br />satisfactory correction will be grounds for eviction. <br />Tenants and their guests are also expected to comply with all pertinent laws regarding public parking on the <br />streets surrounding First Point I and 11. <br />Any tenant household with a second vehicle will be required to provide satisfactory evidence to Management <br />upon request and at least annually of appropriate offsite parking arrangements. An off -site parking space can be <br />contracted with First Point management, which will charge a fee to the tenant. <br />Every adult tenant must read andsign the Tenant Parking and Eviction Advisory Form. <br />60A-54 <br />
