Any manufacturing that will be conducted by the commercial cannabis <br />business shall be included on the application. No additional manufacturing <br />activity can be conducted without notifying the Executive Director of the Planning <br />and Building Agency or his or her designee, after which a determination will be <br />made if the new activity may commence with or without modification to the RSP <br />or if a new RSP is required. <br />dc. At all times, the commercial cannabis manufacturing facility will be <br />compliant with all State regulations for cannabis manufacturing including Health <br />and Safety Code § 11362.775, as amended from time to time. All commercial cannabis manufacturing/processing facilities shall comply <br />with any and all applicable safety guidelines adopted by the Orange County Fire <br />Authority, the State of California, and/or the City of Santa Ana for cannabis plant <br />processing and extraction. <br />8.
