<br />TOTAL OF $2,500,000 (NON-GENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1} – <br />Public Works Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute agreements with Mike Prlich and Sons, Inc.; Paulus <br />Engineering, Inc.; and T.E. Roberts, Inc., for on-call emergency sewer and water <br />system repair services for a three-year period beginning August 20, 2019, and <br />expiring August 19, 2022, in an aggregate annual amount of $500,000, with provision <br />for a two-year renewal exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, for a total <br />amount not to exceed $2,500,000, to be paid with Water Systems Maintenance and <br />Sanitary Sewer Service funds, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25J. APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH COMMUNITY <br />ACTION PARTNERSHIP OF ORANGE COUNTY, RANCHO SANTIAGO <br />COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, AND THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />INDIAN CENTER AS PARTNERS UNDER THE WORKFORCE INNOVATION <br />AND OPPORTUNITY ACT {STRATEGIC PLAN NO 2, 4} – Community <br />Development Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Mayor, City Manager and Clerk of <br />the Council to execute a Memorandum of Undersanding with the Santa Ana <br />Workforce Development Board and Community Action Partnership of Orange <br />County, Rancho Santiago Community College District, and the Southern California <br />Indian Center as part of America’s Job Center of California to establish a <br />cooperative working relationship between the parties and to define respective roles <br />and responsibilities, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (Agreement Nos. 2019-XXX, 2019-XXX, 2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25K. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH PRIORITY LANDSCAPE SERVICES, LLC TO <br />PROVIDE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN DISTRICT A FOR AN <br />AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $329,739 FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2019 TO JUNE <br />30, 2020 TO BE FUNDED BY CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY FUNDS {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 6, 1} – Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Priority Landscape Services, LLC to provide <br />landscape maintenance services in District A for an amount not to exceed $329,739, <br />which includes a 15% contingency, for the period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 to be <br />funded by Civic Center Authority funds, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2019-XXX). <br /> <br />25L.
