OFFICE HOURS AND PHONES <br />We are open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and have <br />an 800 number. We work Saturdays as needed. Payments can be <br />made 24/7 on our website. <br />CONFLICTS OF INTEREST <br />There are no conflicts of interest In connection with this RFP. <br />MAINTAINING INFORMATION <br />All necessary information is maintained electronically on the <br />computer and through•our vendor with backup stored off -site. <br />SHORT TIME PLANS TO ENHANCE RECOVERIES <br />Although American believes it maximizes'recbverles on a daily <br />basis, it is open to discussing any special City projects or requests. <br />ADDITIONAL INFO TO AID THE CITY IN THE SELECTION <br />PROCESS <br />American respectfully reminds the City that any new Agency would <br />have a learning curve. Therefore, valuable City time and resources <br />may need to be expended in addition to unknown collection results <br />and uncertain pirofessionalism. With respect to rates, a very low <br />commission rate can actually result in lower net back dollars to you <br />because unrealistic commission rates prevent an Agency from <br />doing all that is financially necessary to maximize recoveries. <br />20 <br />25H-66 <br />
