2 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES May 14, 2019 <br /> <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding parking am endments, driveway amendments, <br />Housing Opportunity Ordinance applicability, open-space amendment, and cost of proposed <br />parking amendments. <br /> <br />Concern was expressed regarding the proposed parking programs. Staff stated the <br />proposed parking programs are already allowed under the Transit Zoning Code. The <br />amendment would allow the programs to be extended to the Urban Center District. Staff <br />further clarified that the proposed parking programs have not yet been established, but once <br />established, they will be brought forward to the Commission for review.
