Code Regs.] Section 15022). The 2019 local guidelines <br />for implementing the State CEQA for the City of Santa Ana reflect recent changes to the <br />State CEQA guidelines and relevant court opinions. <br /> <br />General Notes: Legal notice published in the Orange County Register on May 17, 2019. <br /> <br />Case Planner Selena Kelaher provided a staff presentation. Commission discussion ensued <br />regarding timeframe for environmental documents, purpose of adopting local guidelines, <br />and compliance with state law. <br /> <br />MOTION: Adopt the following resolution.
