Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2018-20 as conditioned <br />to allow for after-hours operations within 150 feet of residentially zoned and <br />used property. <br /> <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2018 -11 as conditioned to allow for a <br />driveway within 150 feet of a street intersection. <br /> <br /> <br />6. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2018-21 TO ALLOW AN EXISTING 60-FOOT TALL <br />WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITY LOCATED AT 2200 EAST MCFADDEN <br />AVENUE – NICOLE COMACH, APPLICANT {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2; 3, 5} – Heidi <br />Jacinto Case Planner.
