Section 41-247.5 (Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the <br />R2 district) of Chapter 41 of the SAMC is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-247.5. – Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the R2 district. <br /> <br />(a) Any use which may be permitted in the R1 district subject to the issuance <br />of a conditional use permit pursuant to Section 41-232.5 may likewise be <br />permitted in the R2 district subject to a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />(b) Care homes, as defined by Section 41-41.5 of this Chapter, which <br />previously were permitted pursuant to a validly issued conditional use <br />permit and subsequently lost the permitted use pursuant to the provisions <br />of this Chapter. <br /> <br />(c) Townhouse of thirty-five (35) feet or three (3) stories in height, whichever <br />is less, as measured from the lowest adjacent grade of the structure to the <br />top of the structure. <br /> <br /> Section 7. Section 41-249 (Front yards in the R2 district), Section 41-250 <br />(Side yards in the R2 district) and Section 41-251 (Rear yards in the R2 district) of <br />Chapter 41 of the SAMC is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-249. – Front yards in the R2 district. <br />There shall be a front yard of not less than twenty (20) feet from the street. If there are <br />two (2) single-family detached units on a site, the front yard of the rear unit adjacent to <br />the rear yard of the front unit shall be not less than ten (10). <br />Sec. 41-250. – Side yards in the R2 district. <br />There shall be a Each side yard shall be of not less than five (5) feet for each building <br />from the street.
