metro east mixed-use overlay zone29 <br />d.The Planning Commission shall approve, <br />conditionally approve, or disapprove any application <br />for a master sign program based on the signage and <br />its compatibility with the proposed development <br />project based on the following findings: <br />1.Compliance with the objectives of the MEMU <br />Overlay Zone as specified in Section 1.2. <br />2.Compliance with the purpose and objectives <br />outlined in the Citywide Design Guidelines; and <br />3.Compliance with the purpose and intent of <br />Section 41-860 et seq. except for the variations <br />specified in the Master Sign Program application. <br />Applications for a Master Sign Program that are <br />denied by the Planning Commission may be <br />appealed to the City Council. Appeals from <br />decision of the Planning Commission shall be <br />processed and considered consistent with SAMC <br />Chapter 41, Article 5. <br />e. <br />1-86
