Main Street work- study session tonight <br />(11/26/18), it would be helpful to get further clarification on the Persons per Household study <br />(attached). These are the very last pages of the Final EIR document, with my questions and <br />notations. It appears that the study area skips all of Santa Ana, while including sparsely <br />populated areas like Villa Park and the wilderness park areas east of Tustin. This doesn't make <br />any sense.
