ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2018-04 TO AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 41 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO R2 AND <br />TOWNHOUSE STANDARDS, SCHOOLS, CITYWIDE DESIGN GUIDELINES, AND <br />FRENCH PARK (SD-19) AND HENINGER PARK (SD-40) – CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />APPLICANT {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2; 5, 3} – Jerry Guevara, Case <br />Planner.
