If you are not the intended recipient, or believe that you may have received this communication in <br />error, please advise the sender via reply email and immediately delete the email you received. <br /> <br /> <br />From: Bill Bonnett <billbonnett@gmail.com> <br />Sent: Monday, January 7, 2019 10:34 PM <br />To: eComment <eComment@santa-ana.org> <br />Subject: Planning Commission <br /> <br />To Planning Commission: <br /> <br />A Huge problem with the 2525 Main St. residential developments, environmental <br />impact report and its traffic study is that it Does Not take into consideration the Main <br />Place Mall Transformation Projects now being actively planned by the mall’s new <br />owner. <br /> <br />Main Place is only 1/2 mile from the proposed 2525 Main Street 480 Apartments. <br /> <br />The Main Place Mall has had the option to be significantly redeveloped for many <br />years with many approvals already in place. <br /> <br />Despite these many large increased density approvals already being in place, the <br />Environmental Impact Report did Not have to consider them in its studies. <br /> <br />Why not ? <br /> <br />There is No good reason Not to include these large new developments at Main Place <br />Mall, in the Traffic Impact studies, for the proposed 480 Apartments at 2525 Main. <br /> <br />A filing date “loophole” regarding when the Main Place Mall Transformation plans
