I do not feel the traffic study has been <br />adequately addressed. Edgewood is essential to entering and exiting our <br />neighborhood and the project will congest it and the surrounds streets with cars <br />& traffic which will have a negative impact on our neighborhood and home values. <br />In addition to obstruction of views, noise & crime. <br />I am opposed to this project because I have worked hard to afford a home in a <br />quiet, clean, non crowded historic and caring neighborhood. <br />Any of the surrounding businesses that have supported this project do not seem <br />empathetic to those that live in the neighborhood after the work day ends. <br />Our neighborhood should be guarded and protected from this development. <br />In conclusion,This is the WRONG PROPERTY TO REZONE FOR THIS PROJECT. <br />DISTRIBUTED AT THE MEETING ON 1/14/19
