<br /> <br />Resolution No. 2019-xx <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2018-03, as conditioned, and its <br />design and improvements will be consistent with the <br />Professional and Administrative Office (PAO) land use <br />designation of the General Plan and are otherwise <br />consistent with all other Elements of the General Plan and <br />applicable Specific Plans. The proposed subdivision <br />promotes Land Use Element Policy 5.4, which supports land <br />uses that are consistent with the Land Use Element. The <br />project is located within the Professional (P) zoning district <br />and is consistent with the Professional and Administrative <br />Office (PAO) land use designation and all other elements of <br />the General Plan. <br />2. The proposed project conforms to all applicable requirements of the <br />zoning and subdivision codes as well as other applicable City <br />ordinances. <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2018-03, as conditioned, will <br />conform to all applicable requirements of the zoning and <br />subdivision codes as well as other applicable City <br />ordinances. The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms <br />to the provisions of Chapter 34 and 41 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code including parking, setbacks and height. In <br />addition, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) <br />will address issues such as drainage, reciprocal access, <br />landscaping and maintenance that will be recorded prior to <br />approval of the final map. <br />3.
