Assuming an average ground elevation of 145 feet above sea level, FM <br /> approval would be required for any structure over 58 feet in height. <br /> The Federal Aviation Administration would make a determination <br /> as to the aeronautical hazard of any proposed structures which intrude <br /> above the imaginary horizontal surface of 203 feet above sea level. <br /> Flashing-red obstruction lights might be required as a precaution for <br /> aircraft safety.t <br />L <br /> Cumulative Impact <br />(7 The cumulative impact would result in additional passenger <br /> demand at the airport. As the case with the proposed project, the - <br /> airport is not capable of meeting the existing demand, and therefore, <br /> the cumulative demand would also not be met.
