1 there is a lot of sufficient parking to maintain so it's <br />2 not overflowing into the neighborhoods. <br />3 Second would be the height of any buildings <br />4 that are going to be seen from nearby residential, how <br />5 intrusive it is visually from the surrounding <br />6 residential areas. Right now you really don't see too <br />7 much of the mall certainly from the surrounding <br />8 residential. You know it's there. We go out to the <br />9 Main Place and you see it in the -- certainly from the <br />10 freeway, but some of the height of the buildings, I'd <br />11 like to know what the height of the buildings, what <br />12 their plan is. <br />13 Also they don't really have an overview map as <br />14 to where they're planning different elements -- where <br />15 they're planning to put different elements. <br />16 And finally, I'd like to see at least some sort <br />17 of theme. Right now what I'm seeing from the videos, it <br />18 looks very kind of haphazard like they're not really <br />19 sure what kind of theme they're using. You've got an <br />20 airplane in the kids unit. I'm not quite sure how that <br />21 relates to everything else, you know. There seems to be <br />22 very disjointed in terms of the theme for the mall and I <br />23 would be curious to know what their theme is in terms of <br />24 something that can also last for a while.
