THOMAS CARTNEY: <br />12 I would say that in general terms that I am <br />13 very excited with regard to the prospect of <br />14 redevelopment of this property and that it's <br />15 understandable with the direction that retail is going, <br />16 that to make this more of a multi-use project is <br />17 awesome. <br />18 Although, I don't feel that in the CEO's <br />19 presentation that there was enough specifics with <br />20 respect to, you know, if this is going to be a lifestyle <br />21 designation. There is presently a gym here. There is <br />22 presently a sort of adult activity, a bowling lane, pool <br />23 table arcade thing, so on what scale, what other <br />24 attractions.
