1 That's my two cents about aesthetics and <br />2 development. I do like the exterior of Macy's. It's <br />3 incredible. I don't even mind the marble, and it should <br />4 be preserved. That really is a very well designed <br />5 facade. All right. <br />6 18. MR. DALE HELVIG: <br />7 Let me just say that the project in itself <br />8 overall, I like it. My concern is the amount of <br />9 residential that will go in here and the traffic that <br />10 will be created as a result of it. Not everybody that <br />11 will be living and shopping in this area will be working <br />12 in this area. And so Main Street and the freeway on and <br />13 off-ramps are going to be of a concern because right <br />14 there they're heavily congested. Those new developments <br />15 are only going to add to that so I hope this project <br />16 takes a look at the infrastructure that's going to be <br />17 needed to be modified as a result of this project.
