Mr. Oliver Robinson, May 2, 2019, Page 5 <br />MainPlace Mall Specific Plan Parking <br />kimley-horn.com 765 The City Drive, Suite 200, Orange, CA 92868 714 939 1030 <br />MainPlace Mall – Existing Parking Demand and Effective Parking Ratio <br />Parking occupancy data collection for the entire Mall was conducted on a typical Friday and <br />Saturday in August, 2018. The peak parking demand observed was 2,472 occupied spaces, <br />between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM on Saturday. <br />The peak parking demand of 2,472 spaces observed for the current Mall operations was <br />factored to account for three issues: <br />·The observed parking demand was factored to account for approximately 175,000 <br />square feet of vacant space in the Mall at the time of the counts. <br />·The counts were taken in August.
