For a development the size and complexity of the proposed <br />MainPlace Mall, and depending on the final layout, location, and management of the parking <br />supply, it may be necessary to exclude some portions of the parking supply from shared <br />parking consideration, which would reduce the parking reduction that would be supported by <br />shared parking. It is recommended that the potential for a shared parking arrangement <br />between compatible uses be reviewed and evaluated based on proximity and accessibility as <br />each new development comes on line.
