Submit and have approved Street Improvement Plans prepared by a registered civil <br />engineer for construction of bikelane along MainPlace Mall Drive including sandblasting <br />of existing striping, slurry seal of new pavement and striping of new lanes prior to <br />recordation of first phase of development being proposed.
