This notice is being provided <br />to all interested parties that have expressed interest in the proposed action or that live within a 500’ radius of the proposed <br />project so that you can ask questions, make comments and stay informed about projects that might be important to you. <br />We encourage you to contact us prior to the Public Hearing if you have any questions. <br />Planning Commission Action: The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive public testimony, and <br />will take action on the items described below. The Planning Commission decision is final unless appealed within 10 days <br />of the decision by any interested party or group. <br />Project Location: 815 North Bristol Street, Bristol <br />Street Corridor Specific Plan (SP-1) zone. <br />Project Applicant: In-N-Out Burger <br />Proposed Project: In order to facilitate the operation <br />of a new 1,794 square foot restaurant (In-N-Out), the <br />applicant is requesting approval of: (1) Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2019-13 to allow dual drive-through lanes; (2) <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-14 to allow after-hours <br />operation until 1:00 a.m. Sunday – Thursday and until <br />1:30 a.m. Friday – Saturday; and (3) Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2019-17 to allow walk-up window service. <br />Environmental Impact: In accordance with the <br />California Quality Environmental Act (CEQA), the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review pursuant <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15302, Class 2, Replacement <br />or Reconstruction. This exemption applies if the new <br />structure will be located on the same site as the structured <br />replaced and will have substantially the same purpose <br />and capacity as the structured replaced. Categorical <br />Exemption ER No. 2018-43 will be filed for this project. <br />Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on <br />Monday, May 13, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California <br />92701.
