(RK) is pleased to provide this parking review for the <br />proposed Good Samaritan Adult Care Center to be located at 1800 North Bush Street in <br />the City of Santa Ana. The building has a total of 30 dedicated parking spaces including 2 <br />handicap spaces. A site plan is provided in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The project is proposing a change of use from 4,280 square feet of medical office use to <br />adult day care use on the first floor of an existing 8,132 square foot building. The second <br />floor consists of 3,852 square feet of professional office use.
