See Table 1 for details. <br /> <br />Projected Peak Parking Demand Findings: <br /> <br />While taking into account the parking requirements (12 spaces) for the 3,852 square feet of <br />professional office use located on the second floor, the projected peak parking demand for <br />the project is 20 parking spaces. The project provides a total of 30 parking spaces.
