<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />CANCELLATION NOTICE <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to lack of quorum, Pursuant to Government Code Section § <br />54955, the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled for Monday, July 22, 2019 at 5:30 <br />p.m. has been adjourned to the next regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 5:30 <br />p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, 92701. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code § 54955.1 the following Public Hearings are continued to the next <br />regularly scheduled meeting on August 12, 2019. <br /> <br />1. FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 2018-01, DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />NO. 2018-01, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2018-06 AND AMENDMENT <br />APPLICATION NO. 2018-10 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 2} – Vince Fregoso & Selena Kelaher, <br />Case Planners. <br /> <br />REQUEST: Filed by AC 2525 Main, LLC to allow for the construction of a 347-unit multi-family project <br />on a 5.93-acre site located at 2525 N. Main Street in the Professional (P) zone. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: In accordance with the California Quality Environmental <br />Act (CEQA), Environmental Impact Report, Environmental Review No. 2018 -01 was prepared <br />for the project to analyze the potential impacts of the project and identify measures to mitigate <br />the environmental effects. The EIR concluded that the proposed project would require mitigation <br />related to aesthetics, air quality, biological resources, hazardous materials, noise, and tribal <br />resources. Impacts related to aesthetics would remain significant and unavoid able after <br />mitigation. <br /> <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Planning & Building Agency at 714-647-5804. <br />
