<br />5 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES February 25, 2019 <br />Chair McLoughlin opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />The following individuals spoke on the matter: <br /> <br />• Raul Ortiz: Concerned with the close proximity of proposed project to his residence <br />and inadequate parking. <br />• Marco Ramirez: Concerned with parking, traffic, architectural design, and lack of <br />privacy. <br />• Jose Sarabia: Stated that current property line is encroaching on his property; wants <br />to be certain the new project will not do so. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers and the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding number of parking spots, setback, positioning of <br />house frontages towards English Street, and architectural style.
