1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a third <br />amendment to the agreement with Universal Protection Service <br />Services, LP., dba Allied Universal Security Services to provide services <br />at various City parks and bike trails and increase the agreement annual <br />amount by $667,047.90, to be paid from the General Fund account, for a <br />total annual amount of $1,892,262.75 and total agreement amount of <br />$8,020,362.25, for the remaining period of the three-year term originally <br />beginning June 1, 2017 and expiring May 31, 2020, with two additional, <br />one-year renewal options, subject to non -substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-093). <br />AND <br />2.
