Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A. Provider shall conduct Zumba and Kid Exercise Drills/Kid Zumba classes for ages 2 and up <br />B, Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at facilities to be designated by <br />the City or (2) on a schedule agreed upon by the parties for each class session or term, including <br />the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, and holidays to be observed, in <br />accordance with City's needs. <br />LOCATION: El Salvador Center, 1.825 W. Civic Center Dr., Santa Ana, (714) 647-6558 <br />INSTRUCTOR: LaVerne Davis <br />Kid Exercise Drills/Kid Zumba <br />Kid Exercise Drills/Kid Zumba Exercise that they need every day. This class blends exercise drills and <br />Fun with Zumba, Jumping & ruining. <br />• Classes will be taught in monthly sessions, held 2 days per week, 1 hour per day, pursuant to the <br />following schedule: <br />• Kid Exercise Drills/Kid Zumba: (2-14yrs) 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Wed/Fri. <br />Zumba with LaVerne <br />Enjoy a fitness workout that makes you burn off calories while having fun. Make friends, got healthy and <br />bum the fat away. Uses simple easy to follow routines and plain old exercise. Tone your body and boost <br />your metabolism. <br />• Classes will be taught in monthly sessions, held 1 day per week, 55 minutes per day, pursuant to <br />the following schedule: <br />• Zumba with LaVerne: (12yrs and up) 6:00 P,M, - 6:55 P,M. Fri <br />LOCATION: Garfield Center, 501 N Lacy St., Santa Ana, (714) 571-4288 <br />INSTRUCTOR: LaVeme Davis <br />Zumba with LaVerne <br />Enjoy a fitness workout that makes you bum off calories while having fun, Make friends, get healthy and <br />bum the fat away. We use simple easy to follow routines and plain old exercise.
