Naming Of New Park at 720 East Sixth Street <br />September 3, 2019 <br />Page 2 <br />and have made the Lacy Neighborhood their home. The construction of this park will assist in <br />the continued improvement of the Lacy Neighborhood, with the symbolism of the name <br />representing the positive improvements to the Lacy Neighborhood. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />This project was reviewed in accordance with the Guidelines for the California Environmental <br />Quality Act. The recommendation is exempt from further review pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) <br />under the General Rule Exemption.
