The centralized location of the structure <br />makes it an ideal place to house our new programs focused on outreach, engagement and design -centric problem <br />solving, leveraging technology and innovation. <br />Should the City Council decide to award OCSA the YMCA building perthe Staff recommendation, ourfinancing is in <br />place and we are ready to move immediately. <br />Thank you for your consideration and time.
