The CAPER was made available for review at the <br />Office of the Clerk ofthe Council, Community Development Agency 6th Floor Reception Area, and on the <br />City's website There wa'so15 daypliblic comment period prior to the submission of the CAPER to HUD. <br />In addition, a public hearingwasheTd by the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission and at <br />the City Council meeting to obfain public comments, with the City Council authorizing the submission of <br />the report to HUD. The City considered all comments received from residents, public agencies and other <br />interested parties. A summary of public comments are included with the final submission.
