b. The Building Official may require additional specific standards to meet the <br />California Building Code and Fire Code, including but not limited to installation of <br />fire suppression sprinklers. <br />c. Compliance with Section 13149 of Water Code as enforced by the State <br />Water Resources Control Board is required. <br />d. All commercial cannabis cultivation facilities shall comply with any and all <br />applicable safety guidelines adopted by the Orange County Fire Authority, the <br />State of California, and/or the City of Santa Ana for cannabis carbon dioxide <br />enrichment systems. <br />e. Cannabis cultivation facilities shall not contain an exhibition or product sales <br />area or allow for retail distribution of products at that location unless the facility is <br />co -located with an approved commercial cannabis retail business with a RSP. <br />9. Additional Operational Standards for Commercial Cannabis Distribution Facilities. <br />a. Inspections by an authorized City of Santa Ana representative may be <br />conducted anytime during the business's regular business hours. <br />b. A distributor shall ensure that all cannabis goods stored in compliance with <br />all applicable State regulations to ensure conformance to any and all applicable <br />Track and Trace systems required by the State. <br />C. Employee breakrooms, eating areas, changing facilities, locker rooms and <br />bathrooms shall be completely separated from the storage areas. <br />Section 10. Sections 40-9 and 40-9.1 of Article I of Chapter 40 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code are hereby amended to read in full as follows: <br />Ordinance No. NS-2973 <br />Page 21 of 27 <br />
