Eligible Activities <br />The City, or its subrecipient may acquire real property for a project using CDBG funds <br />where the proposed use of the acquired property will be an activity that the City can <br />demonstrate as beneficial to low- and moderate -income persons. <br />4. Environmental Review Process (24 CFR Part 58) <br />HUD requires that all real property acquisition projects be reviewed before the <br />commitment of Federal funds to assess the impact of a project on the environment. <br />The City will undertake this review process.
